1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through Mixli.se.
By placing an order, you accept these terms and confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Orders and Order Confirmation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases such as:
Technical errors,
Incorrect pricing,
Suspected fraud,
or if the product is out of stock.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in SEK and include 25% VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed through secure payment providers such as Shopify Payments, Klarna, and card payment services.
We reserve the right to adjust prices, correct printing errors, and technical mistakes, but the price valid at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
5. Production and Delivery
Many of our products are manufactured on demand through Print on Demand (POD).

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond our control, such as:
Shipping delays,
High demand,
Public holidays,
or customs and logistics issues.
Minor variations in color, placement, or print appearance may occur between digital product images and the final product due to the production process.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
For standard products, the right of withdrawal applies in accordance with Swedish and European consumer protection laws.
For custom-made or personalized products, including Print on Demand products, a limited right of withdrawal applies in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act.

7. Liability
Mixli.se is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these terms limits the consumer’s rights under mandatory consumer protection legislation.
8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
Natural disasters,
War,
Strikes,
Government actions,
Pandemics,
Transportation disruptions,
or technical issues involving third parties.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on Mixli.se, including:
Texts,
Images,
Logos,
Graphics,
Designs,
and product materials,
is owned by Mixli.se or our licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
No material may be copied, used, or distributed without written permission.
10. Disputes and Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Swedish law.
In the event of a dispute, we follow recommendations issued by:

You also have the option to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
